Usando Graveyard Arena (il «Gioco») accetti questi termini. Se scarichi il Gioco dall'App Store vale anche il Contratto di licenza standard per l'utente finale (EULA) di Apple.

Il tuo account

Sei responsabile di quello che fai nel Gioco con il tuo account. Puoi eliminarlo quando vuoi da Impostazioni → Account.

Comportamento in chat e nei profili

Non c'è nessuna tolleranza per contenuti offensivi, minacce, molestie, discriminazione, contenuti sessuali, spam o dati personali di altre persone. Puoi bloccare e segnalare qualsiasi giocatore dal suo profilo. Esaminiamo le segnalazioni entro 24 ore e possiamo rimuovere contenuti e sospendere o chiudere gli account di chi non rispetta queste regole.

Gemme e oggetti virtuali

Gemme, monete, pacchetti e altri oggetti del Gioco sono una licenza d'uso limitata dentro il Gioco: non hanno valore in denaro, non si possono rivendere né convertire in denaro. Gli acquisti sono gestiti da Apple; per i rimborsi valgono le regole di Apple.

Abbonamenti

La Fornitura di gemme mensile è un abbonamento a rinnovo automatico: il prezzo e la durata sono indicati prima dell'acquisto. Il pagamento viene addebitato sul tuo account Apple alla conferma. L'abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente se non lo disattivi almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo; il rinnovo viene addebitato nelle 24 ore precedenti. Puoi gestirlo e disattivarlo nelle impostazioni del tuo account Apple. Un eventuale prezzo scontato del primo mese vale una sola volta.

Pacchetti con contenuto casuale

Le probabilità di ogni rarità sono indicate nel Gioco prima dell'acquisto («Probabilità e regole»).

Il Gioco può cambiare

Il Gioco è in continuo sviluppo: possiamo modificare, bilanciare o rimuovere contenuti e funzioni. Il Gioco è fornito «così com'è», nei limiti consentiti dalla legge.

By using Graveyard Arena (the “Game”) you accept these terms. If you download the Game from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

Your account

You are responsible for what you do in the Game with your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings → Account.

Chat and profiles

There is zero tolerance for offensive content, threats, harassment, discrimination, sexual content, spam or other people's personal data. You can block and report any player from their profile. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or close the accounts of those who break these rules.

Gems and virtual items

Gems, coins, packs and other in-game items are a limited license to use within the Game: they have no cash value and cannot be resold or exchanged for money. Purchases are handled by Apple; Apple's refund rules apply.

Subscriptions

The Monthly Gem Supply is an auto-renewable subscription; price and length are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. It renews automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the period; renewal is charged within 24 hours before it. You can manage and cancel it in your Apple account settings. Any discounted first-month price applies once.

Random-content packs

The odds of each rarity are shown in the Game before purchase (“Odds and rules”).

Changes to the Game

The Game is under active development: we may change, rebalance or remove content and features. The Game is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by law.
